2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Payment Methods

For design projects, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project before final files are delivered
- For ongoing services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

4.2 Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project after payment has been made:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable
- If work has begun, you will be billed for all completed work up to the date of cancellation
- Cancellations must be made in writing

If you have concerns about a charge on your account, please contact us first at support@morpichdesign.com before initiating a dispute with Stripe or your payment provider.
5.2 Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback, you agree to cooperate with us and Stripe in the investigation. False or fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of services and additional legal action.
6. STRIPE SERVICES
6.1 Third-Party Service
Stripe is a third-party payment processor. By using our payment system, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (available at https://stripe.com/legal).
6.2 Processing Issues
We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or declined transactions that occur due to issues with Stripe's services or your payment provider.
